This quarantine has brought many emotions to the surface. Other people’s fears are further triggering our own uncomfortable feelings right now.
Trying to ignore these feelings is like holding a beach ball underwater. The anxiety temporarily disappears, only to resurface.
Choosing to think positive doesn’t solve anything either. It may feel good momentarily, but only pushes the uncomfortable feeling further down.
…there was a safe way to begin to process these uncomfortable feelings? What if you had a strategy you could use on your own to help you feel better faster?
Feelings are simply energetic vibrations in your body. When they go untended and are ignored and pushed aside for long enough, they expand.
Your body tries to contain this growing energy, but eventually the pressure builds and the lid blows off the jar. Your body now has to up the ante to let you know that something is wrong.

Classes are approximately two hours. They will take place on Zoom and will be recorded for those who cannot join us live and you will have lifetime access.
Our time together will include lessons, group discussions and supporting materials to better understand how energy and emotions affect our physical and mental health.
Workshops are highly experiential, as you’ll be exploring how pain and emotions manifest in your own body. I’ll be there to guide you as you begin to identify, process and release them.
